Safety Mission Statement

Focus on Safety at LoJac is a major priority of our daily activities at all levels.  As a company committed to the highest standards of safety, LoJac will continue to seek and promote the practices, procedures, and products necessary to assure the safe and healthful working conditions for our employees.  Management at every level will take timely and effective actions to identify and eliminate unsafe acts and conditions, and to promote safety consciousness among all employees.  Each crew will establish meaningful safety performance goals and objectives, and will be held accountable for achieving them.  As we meet our objectives, the standards will be re-evaluated in the pursuit of continual improvement for ourselves and for our company.  Close and careful attention to safety, in everything we do, is the responsibility of each and every employee.  Together, we must diligently strive for a safety performance of ZERO injuries and ZERO accidents.  None of us can afford to accept anything less.

Open lines of communications will be made available at all levels so that safety issues can and will be brought up without fear of any type of retribution toward an employee.  It is a realization that each individual employee has an obligation, not only to himself or herself, but also to that of his co-workers and family members to work as safely as humanly possible on a daily basis.

No one individual should bear the responsibility toward a safety program; it is without question a team effort that accomplishes its goals.
